👉 Clearance & Placement Requirements
Before delivery, ensure you have a clear, level space with these minimum dimensions
✅ Space Requirements:
Length: 22 feet (add room to open the rear door and account for the truck)
Width: at least 12 feet wide.
Height Clearance: 15–18 feet (for the truck to lift and drop the dumpster)
Overhead Clearance: Free of power lines, tree branches, etc.
🔁 Access for Delivery:
The truck needs a straight 30-40 feet in front of the drop site to safely roll off the container.
Site must be level; steep slopes can make delivery unsafe.
🏠 Common Placement Options:
-
Construction site or yard: Just make sure it’s level and firm (not soft soil).
-
Driveway: Most common.
-
Ensure it's not too narrow.
-
Street placement requires a permit from the City of El Paso
